Best Screen Enclosure provides screen repair, installation, and maintenance services including:
- Individual screen panel repair and replacement
- Full enclosure rescreening
- Lanai and patio screening
- Aluminum frame repair
- Rusted screw replacement
- Enclosure pressure washing
- Specialty screen upgrades
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for our services. Final pricing may vary from initial estimates based on actual conditions found during inspection or service. We will inform you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.
Instant Online Estimator
Our instant online estimator provides rough budget estimates for planning purposes only. These estimates are typically within 15-20% of final project costs but are not binding quotes. Final pricing is determined after on-site inspection and measurement. By using our instant estimator, you acknowledge that:
- Estimates are for planning purposes and not guaranteed final pricing
- Actual conditions may vary from what is indicated in the estimator
- Final quotes require on-site inspection and measurement
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on actual project conditions
All prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
Payment terms include:
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- A service charge may apply to returned checks
- Past due accounts may be subject to collection efforts and additional fees
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work and provide warranties on labor and materials as follows:
- Labor warranty: 1 year from completion date
- Material warranty: As provided by manufacturer
- Warranty coverage excludes damage from extreme weather events, vandalism, or normal wear and tear
- Warranty service requires proof of payment and original work order
Scheduling and Cancellation
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We request 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency repairs may be available for an additional fee.
Property Access and Safety
By scheduling our services, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
- Remove or secure personal property that may interfere with work
- Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions
- Ensure pets are secured during service
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:
- Damage to property not directly caused by our negligence
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Delays due to weather, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the customer
Insurance and Licensing
Best Screen Enclosure is properly licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Charlotte County, Florida, under Florida law.
